Clients are responsible for supplying accurate text, images, logos, business information and the necessary permissions for material used within their website.
Payments
Payment stages, recurring charges and due dates will be stated in the relevant proposal, quotation or service agreement.
Third-party services
Domains, hosting, email, payment gateways, search engines and external platforms remain subject to their own availability, policies and fees.
Support
Support is provided within the agreed service scope. Emergency work, major changes and work outside that scope may be quoted separately.
